Dear Members and Mispallalim,

It’s hard to believe that Sukkos will be here in a month. With that in mind, the Shul is looking to purchase a beautiful Sukkah that we can use to celebrate the Chag together. Given the large courtyard space, we have the ability to maximize the size of the Sukkah to comfortably accommodate crowds for both Kiddushim and Simchos.

We thoroughly reviewed several types of Sukkahs and options. Based on our research, we determined that the Litton Sukkah is best suited for our space. The Litton Sukkah is made of premium materials and is the best option for a large sukkah that can remain sturdy on our very windy corner, as well as remain level on our sloped courtyard. It is modular, so panels can be added in the future to accommodate the shul’s growth. It takes up a relatively small amount of storage space, and is easy to assemble.

This makes for an opportunity to be part of a permanent purchase of a Dvar Mitzvah. There will be approximately 32 panels, and the cost of dedicating each panel will be $1,000. A dedication panel will be custom made for the Sukkah where dedications or LZ”N information will be prominently displayed every year. Please help us in this once in a lifetime undertaking.
